在信号处理及控制理论中，有界输入有界输出稳定性简称BIBO稳定性，是一种针对有输入信号线性系统的稳定性。BIBO是「有界输入有界输出」（Bounded-Input Bounded-Output）的简称，若系统有BIBO稳定性，则针对每一个有界的输入，系统的输出也都会有界，不会发散到无限大。
