弗兰肯（德语：Franken或Frankenland ，英语：Franconia），或译为法兰克尼亚，是德国的一个历史地区，大致范围是巴伐利亚州北部、图林根州南部、以及巴登-符腾堡州一小部分。巴伐利亚部分是由三个行政区域构成的，分别是上弗兰肯，中弗兰肯，下弗兰肯。

弗兰肯的名字来源于法兰克民族，但由该民族创建的法兰克帝国在极盛时期只包含弗兰肯的一小部分，即弗兰肯的东部边界处。在1803年，由于巴伐利亚和拿破仑的结盟，现在的弗兰肯大部成为巴伐利亚的一部分，尽管二者的文化上存在差异。

Franconia (German:Franken) is a region in Germany, characterised by its East Franconian culture and dialects. It commonly refers to the eastern part of the historic Franconian stem duchy, mainly represented by the modern Bavarian administrative districts of Lower, Middle, and Upper Franconia. The adjacent northeastern parts of the Heilbronn-Franken region in Baden-Württemberg, parts of Thuringia south of the Rennsteig ridge, and small parts of Hesse also count as Franconian regions.
