沿沟草属（学名：Catabrosa）是禾本科下的一个属，为多年生、柔软草本植物。该属共有约10种，分布于温带地区。

Catabrosa is a small but widespread genus of plants in the grass family native to temperate areas of Eurasia, the Americas, and a few places in Africa.

Catabrosa aquatica is in flower in Europe from June to August, and the seeds ripen from July to September. The flowers are hermaphrodite (have both male and female organs) and are pollinated by Wind. It is a short, blunt-leaved plant similar to Rough Meadow Grass Poa trivialis, which grows in wetland.
