卡廉·莫斯达法·本泽马（法语：Karim Mostafa Benzema，1987年12月19日－），生于法国里昂，戏称“笨马”，法国足球巨星。场上位置为前锋，效力西甲豪门皇家马德里，并任职第五队长，球衣9号，在国家队则身披齐达内留下的10号球衣。本泽马少年时期曾担任翼锋，在国家队也偶尔客串这一位置。

本泽马效力里昂时协助球队在法甲连续4年夺得联赛冠军，创出七连霸的纪录。他与哈特姆·本阿尔法、萨米尔·纳斯里、杰雷米·梅内被誉为“法国87四大新星”。

2015年11月，由于涉嫌以性爱影片勒索同为国家队选手的瓦尔布埃纳，本泽马被法国警方逮捕，也因为这件丑闻出现许多将被皇马脱手甩卖的声浪。同年12月因此案无限期禁止为法国国家队上阵。
