毕索洛尔（Bisoprolol，商品名：Concor）是一种beta受体阻滞剂（beta-blocker)，它可以有选择性的通过阻断肾上腺素（adrenalin)与beta-1受体的连接来发挥作用，而不对beta-2受体产生影响。由于beta-1受体直接对心脏产生作用，故此药被分类为cardioselective beta-blockers（只对心脏产生作用的beta受体阻滞剂）。

Bisoprolol is a drug belonging to the group of beta-blockers, a class of medicines used primarily in cardiovascular diseases. More specifically, it is a selective type β₁ adrenergic receptor blocker. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved an application by Duramed Pharmaceutical for Zebeta Oral Tablets (bisoprolol fumarate) as a new molecular entity on July 31, 1992. It has since been approved by the FDA for manufacture by Teva, Mylan, Sandoz, Aurobino, and Unichem. It is on the World Health Organization's List of Essential Medicines, the most important medications needed in a basic health system.
