安东尼·尼尔·韦奇伍德·「托尼」·本恩，PC（英语：Anthony Neil Wedgwood "Tony" Benn，1925年4月3日－2014年3月14日），前称第二代斯坦斯盖特子爵（2nd Viscount Stansgate），英国工党政治家，1950年至1960年、1963年至1983年和1984年至2001年任下议院议员，20世纪六十年代至七十年代曾在工党首相哈罗德·威尔逊和詹姆斯·卡拉汉的内阁历任邮政总局局长、技术部长、工业大臣和能源大臣等职。

本恩出身政治世家，1960年因袭取父亲的世袭贵族爵位，被迫放弃下院议席，后来他发起行动争取放弃其世袭贵族身份，终促成国会通过《1963年贵族爵位法令》，从而成功重返下院。此后本恩在历届工党内阁供职，并于1971年至1972年出任工党主席。1979年工党政府在大选中落败而垮台后，本恩退出内阁，立场日益倾向左翼，到八十年代工党在野期间更被视为该党左翼领袖之一。由他衍生的「本恩派」（Bennite）一词，就是在英国政坛用来形容持激进左翼政见的人士。

Anthony Neil Wedgwood Benn (3 April 1925 – 14 March 2014), originally known as Anthony Wedgwood Benn or Wedgie Benn, but later as Tony Benn, was a British politician who was a Member of Parliament (MP) for 47 years between the 1950 and 2001 general elections and a Cabinet minister in the Labour governments of Harold Wilson and James Callaghan in the 1960s and 1970s. Originally a "moderate", he was identified as being on the party's hard left from the early 1980s, and was widely seen as a key proponent of democratic socialism within the party.
