Thymiaterion

A thymiaterion (from Ancient Greek: θυμιατήριον from θυμιάειν thymiaein "to smoke"; plural thymiateria) is a type of censer or incense burner, formerly used in the Mediterranean region for spiritual and religious purposes and especially in religious ceremonies.
