在韩国，烧酒（韩语：소주／烧酒），或称韩国烧酎、朝鲜烧酒，是一种源于朝鲜半岛的烧酒，主要原料是大米，通常还配以小麦、大麦或者甘薯等。韩国烧酒颜色透明，现代大韩民国出产、面向外国市场的烧酒度数为20度左右口感清新、新鲜，不冲脑门子，符合欧美习惯。，而传统烧酒的酒精度较高，一般在30度以上。韩国烧酒现今已知最早酿造于约1300年。

韩国烧酒口感清新、不辣口、价格便宜是韩国国内消费量最大的酒精饮品，也是世界上最畅销的酒，其中韩国著名的烧酒品牌真露稳居世界蒸馏酒销量之首。 韩国烧酒在欧美地区被认为是烧酒中的极品，名气可与法国红酒相当。 2008年，美国著名的韦伯斯特字典将韩国烧酒的英文名称Soju一词收录其中。
