北地群岛（俄语：Се́верная Земля́），俄罗斯在北冰洋中一群岛，位于泰梅尔半岛以北，喀拉海和拉普捷夫海之间。

北地群岛无本土居民，行政上隶属于克拉斯诺亚尔斯克边疆区。北地群岛于1913年方被发现（是人类最后发现的陆地），1933年被归入苏联版图。该群岛由四个主岛：十月革命岛、布尔什维克岛、***、少先队员岛以及周边70多个小岛组成，总面积约37600平方公里。

Severnaya Zemlya (Russian:Се́верная Земля́, Northern Land, IPA [ˈsʲevʲɪrnəjə zʲɪˈmlʲa]) is a 37,000-square-kilometre (14,286-square-mile) archipelago in the Russian high Arctic. It is located off mainland Siberia's Taymyr Peninsula across the Vilkitsky Strait. This archipelago separates two marginal seas of the Arctic Ocean, the Kara Sea in the west and the Laptev Sea in the east.
