波美拉尼亚（波兰语：Pomorze；德语：Pommern；卡舒比语（Kashubian）：Pòmòrze或Pòmòrskô；拉丁语：Pomerania或Pomorania）是中欧一个历史地域名称，现在位于德国和波兰北部，处于波罗的海南岸，主要河流包括维斯瓦河、奥德河和雷克尼茨河。

波美拉尼亚拥有丰富的历史，也许因为它曾被不同国家统治过。由962年到1181年，一直到1806年，此地是神圣罗马帝国在波兰的一个省。它亦曾是波美拉尼亚公爵的采邑；波兰、丹麦、萨克森、布兰登堡、普鲁士和瑞典多国国王也一度统治该地。神圣罗马帝国解体后，波美拉尼亚成为普鲁士王国的一部分，后来并入德意志帝国。1945年后，此地分别为德国与波兰所有。波美拉尼亚的主要都市有格但斯克和什切青等。

Pomerania (Polish:Pomorze; German:Pommern) is a region on the southern shore of the Baltic Sea in northern Europe, split between Germany and Poland.

The name derives from the Slavic po more, meaning "by the sea". Pomerania stretches roughly from the Recknitz river in the west to the Vistula river in the east.
