电浆炬（Plasma torch）是用来发出一束定向电浆喷流的设备。可以用于材料加工、熔接、电浆废物处理、电浆切割陶瓷或金属等等。

在高电流的直流电（DC），交流电（AC），或RF电源间使气体通过，可产生高温电浆炬，其火焰中心温度可达数万K。虽然设备简单但是非常耗能。直流电火炬最常被使用和被研究，因为当相比于交流电火炬：“有较少的闪烁产生和噪声，更稳定的操作，更好的控制，最少两个电极，低电极消耗，略低耐火[加热]磨损和更低的电功耗。”

A plasma torch (also known as a plasma arc, plasma gun, or plasma cutter) is a device for generating a directed flow of plasma. The plasma jet can be used for applications including plasma cutting, plasma spraying, and plasma arc waste disposal.
