Peterstown is a town in Monroe County, West Virginia, United States. The population was 653 at the 2010 census.
The town is the site of the 1928 discovery of the 34.48 carat (6.896 g) Jones Diamond by Grover C. Jones and his son, William "Punch" Jones.
