人类孟德尔遗传学（英语：Mendelian Inheritance in Man，缩写MIM）是一个数据库将现时所知的遗传病分类，并且连接相关的人类基因组中的基因。这个数据库出版了名为《孟德尔遗传定律说明》，最新的版本是第12版。它亦有网上版本，称为在线人类孟德尔遗传（英文：Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man，简称OMIM）。

Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man (OMIM) is a continuously updated catalog of human genes and genetic disorders and traits, with a particular focus on the gene-phenotype relationship. As of 23 July 2015, approximately 8,062 of the over 23,000 entries in OMIM represented phenotypes; the rest represented genes, many of which were related to known phenotypes.
