变性乙醇，亦称变性酒精（Denatured alcohol），俗称工业酒精（Industrial alcohol; Industrial spirit）或工业火酒，是指加入添加剂的乙醇。这种乙醇有毒、难闻、难吃、令人作呕。为避免误饮，变性乙醇会被染色以做为警示。

变性乙醇可用作溶剂和燃料，并可应用于工业上。由于它用途广泛，因而有因应不同用途之变性的添加剂和方法。传统上添加5%以上的甲醇，此种变性乙醇称之为甲基化酒精（Methylated spirit）。其他的添加剂有异丙醇、丙酮、丁酮、甲基异丁基酮和苯甲地那铵。变性乙醇中的乙醇分子结构没有变化，但是会因为添加剂而使之不能饮用。

Denatured alcohol, also called methylated spirits or denatured rectified spirit, is ethanol that has additives to make it poisonous, somewhat bad tasting, foul smelling or nauseating, to discourage recreational consumption. In some cases it is also dyed.
