麻萨诸塞湾殖民地（英语：Massachusetts Bay Colony）是一个英国在17世纪定居在北美麻萨诸塞湾东海岸的殖民地，被划分至新英格兰并且包含当时重要城市塞勒姆和波士顿。麻萨诸塞湾殖民地管理的领土包括今日很多新英格兰中央地区，包括部分后来划为麻萨诸塞州、缅因州、新罕布夏州、罗德岛州和康乃狄克州等州分，另外殖民政府还宣称其统管范围扩大至西部的太平洋。

The Massachusetts Bay Colony was an English settlement on the east coast of North America (Massachusetts Bay) in the 17th century. The settlement was located in New England, situated around the present-day cities of Salem and Boston. The territory administered by the colony included much of present-day central New England, including portions of the U.S. states of Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. Territory claimed but never administered by the colonial government extended as far west as the Pacific Ocean.
