伽蓝菜属（学名：Kalanchoe），又名灯笼草属，是景天科下的一个属，为肉质植物。该属共有约200种，大部分原产于非洲，少数产自亚洲热带地区。

1种分布美洲，56种来自非洲东部和南部，60种来自马达加斯加，其余分布在亚洲。

Kalanchoe /ˌkæləŋˈkoʊ.iː/, or kal-un-KOH-ee, or kal-un-kee, also written Kalanchöe or Kalanchoë, is a genus of about 125 species of tropical, succulent flowering plants in the family Crassulaceae, mainly native to the Old World. Only one species of this genus originates from the Americas, 56 from southern & eastern Africa and 60 species in Madagascar. It is also found in south-eastern Asia until China.
