山柰，学名Kaempferia galanga，亦称三柰、沙姜、番郁金、三藾、山辣、土麝香、埔姜花，是一种姜科山柰属的植物。

山柰为多年生宿根草本植物，地下具块状根状茎，有香气，无地上茎；少数基生卵圆形叶，叶柄下延成鞘；秋季自叶鞘内抽生穗状花序，具4-12朵白色花，芳香；蒴果长椭圆形。

Kaempferia galanga, commonly known as kencur, aromatic ginger, sand ginger, cutcherry, or resurrection lily, is a monocotyledonous plant in the ginger family, and one of four plants called galangal. It is found primarily in open areas in Indonesia, southern China, ******, Cambodia, and India, but is also widely cultivated throughout Southeast Asia.
