乔治·比才（法语：Georges Bizet，1838年10月25日－1875年6月3日），法国作曲家。比才著名的作品包括歌剧《卡门》、戏剧配乐《阿莱城的姑娘》等。

比才生于巴黎，本名Alexandre César Léopold Bizet。九岁时就进入巴黎音乐学院学习。1857年他获得罗马奖金，后到罗马进修三年。1863年比才完成了他的第一部歌剧《采珍珠者》。

比才最著名的作品《卡门》创作于1873年；该剧取材于法国作家梅里美的同名小说；写出身农家的龙骑兵士官唐霍赛，在吉卜赛烟草女工卡门的诱惑下，堕入情网，成为走私贩，最后在情场角逐中手刃卡门的故事。该剧由于题材等因素，最初的演出并没有获得很大的成功。

Best known for his operas in a career cut short by his early death, Bizet achieved few successes before his final work, Carmen, which has become one of the most popular and frequently performed works in the entire opera repertoire.
