花叶万年青属（学名：Dieffenbachia）又作黛粉叶属，是天南星科下的一个属，为矮小亚灌木植物。该属已知至少有68种，分布于热带美洲。

It is widely cultivated as an ornamental, especially as a house plant, and has become naturalized on a few tropical islands.
